Each month we show you our findings before we ever move forward with printing and distributing your resident’s billing statements.

Portfolios need a streamlined, all inclusive, consistent utility management product. Along with fulfilling utility billing needs, we also host an in house payment portal for your residents to be able to pay towards their balance on line. Payment methods accepted are Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture of Checks and Money Orders and MoneyGram payments.
